I have been in the industry for over 10 years. I'm very happy with how we have grown over the years and how we are really a part of this community. I began my career when I started as an apprentice. Since then I have really developed my skills and I love the team culture we have created here in the shop.
Plan B recommends a complementary consultation, for clarity of price, and to ensure you and your stylist have the same outcome in mind. Extra charges may apply for tri colours, extra products or specialty applications. We stand behind our services. We want to make sure you love your look, so we will gladly adjust any hair service you receive within a week of the original visit.
The people of PLAN B know that everyone must do their part for the environment. Conservation means the preservation of human life, after all. When we took a look at the amount of waste & damage that is a result of our industry, we wanted to change that. We strive to operate in a way that minimizes unnecessary waste, and we try to choose brands to work with based on environmentally sustainable values.

This was my first time going to Plan B. My regular stylist canceled on me 24 hours before I was leaving for Hawaii. Took a chance and got an appointment with Courtney Liddy. I can’t tell you how amazing she was. So much attention to detail and such a professional. I would recommend Courtney 💯. Thank you Courtney you did an amazing job❤️

I just moved to Kelowna and was looking for hairstylist. I wanted to go from Blonde to Red. Which is a huge change. I was nervous. I met with Kallie. She listen to me really well during our consultation. Made the appointment and I was blown away by how awesome she was. My hair looks INCREDIBLE. Super happy with her and the crew at Plan B who made me feel at home. Kallie was super nice the entire process (which was a long process but for good reason). I highly recommend Plan B and Kallie and will be going back!! Great job!!!

Got a red balayage at this salon. Firstly they decided to do that on jet black hair in a single setting. Fine ,they are the experts. Asked them how long does the color usually stay,gave vague answers no time… range.
They missed a section the first time, went in again for it. Again asked is it fading, told me no it should be good for a few months. Used the recommended shampoo and conditioner with suggested frequency Just over a month since I first got it done, the color has turned to a full lacklustre pinkish white to which they responded with that's how it looks after a month.

I was in a jam and needed a last-minute styling. Alexis came through for me! I loved talking with her and listening to her stories. Before I knew it my hair was done and I was good to go! The style was perfect for my event, I got so many compliments throughout the night. I'll definitely be back and would highly recommend Alexis :)

I have long blond-ish hair and have had the same stylist back in LA for about 18 years, have tried others in between and been disappointed at all of them. I was desperate for highlights and a trim, found Plan B and all of it's great reviews so I took a chance. I explained my "nervousness" to the front desk staff and they suggested I see Jessica, so that's what I did. I have to say, she is amazing!! I have never had someone take such meticulous care with my hair and she listened to my thoughts about color and length, something stylists from my past did not do. I went from

My fiancé and I moved to Kelowna from Toronto in February and suffered through a few terrible haircuts at competitors.
I have a pixie so I called to make sure I was with someone comfortable maintaining that style. After checking out the reviews here I went with Courtney and am SO HAPPY! She's doing my hair for my wedding:) my fiancé goes to Casey who gave him a really cool faded style, definitely the best cut he's had in the past five years!
