The reason I am giving this place zero due to extremely worst customer service experience we had this morning.
My mother doesnt speak english and this clinic has a Persian dentist thats why my mother wanted to go there, she been there three times since 2019 and they always booked her more than one procedure which her body cant handle it, she has asthma breathing problem and other health issues but this clinic just want to make money out of people, who cares if they are not comfortable having multiple procedures, all they care is about money, even the front lady with boy cut blond hair she was

I started going to this clinic close to 15 years back and even though I have moved away from the area to a different region, I still continue to go only to this clinic. The service that I recieve from all the doctors and the staff is outstanding.
This past year, my Mum needed to have some dental work done. She is elderly and was very nervous. I spoke to the office about this prior to the appointment, and they ensured that my Mum was made to feel comfortable.

I'm an 11 year old patient and I love Brockington Dental office! Some of the things I love are that the employees are very nice and always have something good to say, the interior decorations are beautiful and calming! And the dentistry is very gentle and doesn't cause any pain at all! I admire the work of the staff :) They are friendly, funny and kind!

Very professional and welcoming. My whole family has been going there for many years. Wonderful with kids. I have been going to this dentist for almost 2 years, and it has been nothing but a pleasant experience every single visit. I moved 4 hours away a year ago, but decided to keep my dentist. While I have family who still live in the area, the true reason I did not look for a new dentist is because it has taken me my entire adult years to find a dental office where I trust that the first priority was my well being- and I have not once doubted this.
All of the hygienist and ladies at the front are always kind and professional, but a special shout out is due to Ivana who ALWAYS goes above and beyond
