Very disappointed.
The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, not as nice as it once was, but decent.
However, close to midnight on the second night of our stay (Dec. 2021), while we were attending an event, I happened to catch an email from Booking.com notifying us of a payment issue.
The card on record had more than adequate room, but we added a backup card anyway and quickly received notice the adjustment had been made. The same card had been presented to hotel staff for payment when we checked in.
When we got in from the event, close to 1:30 am, we found we were locked out of our room.

We recently spent the date night overnight at this hotel. We had never stayed there before and had a few recommendations that this was a pretty good hotel. For the price at just under $120 a night it isn't a bad deal. The front desk reception was nothing short of excellent. The person behind the desk was very friendly and welcoming. The parking was Apple and at a fair price at $5. Upon entering the lobby you can see that this was an older Hotel but perhaps got a facelift to be a little more modern and bright. Our room was situated on the 4th floor and facing East. I found it kind of odd that a

Our stay was from Dec 10-Dec 12. First thing we noticed was how unclean the room was. Stains on the carpeted floor, cob webs in the corners of the ceilings but decided to move past that as we understand how difficult COVID has been on this industry. Walked into the bathroom, the ceiling is literally falling apart and the drain on the bathtub was not in place. The king size bed in our room was extremely uncomfortable - you could feel the springs in the bed. Due to COVID, they are not doing cleaning of the rooms every day, again, very understandable, but we noticed on our second day staying at the

We stayed for 2 nights in October 2021 at this hotel. Our room was comfortable and clean. Service from the staff was minimal at best - purely transactional but never hospitable. There was a bagged breakfast available each morning. Staff were helpful but I witnessed several instances of them not necessarily going 'above and beyond' to accommodate travelers who may be a few minutes late for breakfast or were looking to change rooms. The gym has several pieces of equipment that are broken and the whole fitness facility looked like it was desperately in need of a scrub down.

We booked a room through Trip Advisor at $13/ night. THATS WHAT THE AD SAID! When we called to confirm our booking we were told that it is $139/ night. The manager DID NOT take responsibility for the error at their end. We do not recommend a business that isn't accountable for their social media! Do not recommend! customer service is everything! FAIL 😔

Stayed on a Friday and Saturday night and the music from the restaurant blasted from 11:00pm until 2:00am.
It was so loud we could make out the lyrics within our room.
Called the front desk twice. They were sympathetic, but ultimately nothing was done to rectify the issue.
We were very tired the next day at our family event having lost sleep listening to pounding club music for hours.
Also, the bathtub was clogged. After taking a shower is took the entire night to drain.
The small parking lot is shared with the restaurant and only on the one side of the hotel.
Expect to struggle to find a

Stayed at the waterfront hotel this weekend, was greeted by an insanely chaotic check in with a line out the door, two new staff members alone at the front desk both completely unsure of what to do. Our family as well as the two groups ahead of us booked via the waterfront hotels own website, and all of our reservations were “lost” as THEIR OWN… WEBSITE is incompatible with their computer system at the hotel itself apparently? We booked and paid for, a 2 Queen corner room and requested a playpen. Since they “lost” our reservation they initially told us they had no

Arrived late and without baggage due to an airline mistake. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, gave me great ideas and directions to get what i needed. Delivered my bags at 4am without a grumble too. Hotel was quite nice, very well appointed room, beautiful view of the lake and situated right next to the boardwalk and pier which made for a great evening stroll. Would definitely come again.

I booked my daughter and son-in-law into this hotel for what was supposed to be a one month stay while they awaited their house being ready for move in. Front desk(Nicole) was so rude-should be fired. Overall very poor service. Started with a misunderstanding over the rates we were quoted, TV was incredibly poor quality and very little channels. We purchased a fire stick just so they could have decent television. The breakfast every morning consisted of a paper bag filled with a bottle of water and a tiny croissant. The sink was broken and not much was done about fixing it, except a young guy “jiggling

This was my second stay here. Friendly front desk staff, well-kept, recent furniture, good amenities. I would consider this hotel an excellent value, particularly since it is waterfront, as the name states, and there is nice beach and a great pier right behind.
Due to Covid, some of the amenities are not currently available, but that's obviously not the fault of the hotel.
Would absolutely recommend to others, and will certainly stay here again.

Staff were all excellent and clearly trying to do their best in what are crazy times. There's a few issues with the hotel that I'll echo/highlight. First is parking -- there is little on site and so you'll have to park off site in a city lot (they give you a pass). But, if you're checking in during a busy time prepare to chase back and forth between lots trying to find a space. SUPER annoying and not at all explained on the website, sadly. Second, the room classifications are a scam. I paid $20/night upcharge for a "Park View" room expecting a view of the park. Instead, I had a view of the base

We booked a night away from baby today and paid extra for it to be lake view. To our surprise when we checked in there is a tiny window that is 90% park view and 10% lake and when i called and said we paid for… lake view she said that is all i have available now although the hotel is 39% booked. Iam very disappointed the inly reason we chose this was for the lake view other than that the rooms are old and need upgrading.
