I have been a gym member of the Casablanca Hotel since 2006, as well as a contracted part-time groundskeeper since May 2019. In August 2021, I was told my work had been exemplary, but I had to be let go because of Covid-19 pandemic slow down. I was still a member of the gym at this time and continued to use the gym for several more weeks. To my shock, a few weeks later I was approached by one of the new managers and told that because I no longer worked at the hotel that I had to leave immediately and could no longer use the gym. I told him that despite no longer working there, I was still a card

Very elegant looking when you walk through the front door. Check-in was very easy. Staff were friendly. Food from the on-site bar/restaurant was very good. Only reason for 4 star and not 5 is the room, very outdated, beds very uncomfortable (doubles beds not queens, so couldn't share a bed with my wife as I'm a 6'2 Husky man.

This hotel gets 1-star only because Google doesn't permit me to give half a star. Where do I start? Upon entering the room, I turned on the TV. I could only get one channel; the remote wouldn't change the channels, and the buttons on the side of the TV wouldn't change them either. I called down to the front desk, but the clerk couldn't solve the problem. After they left, I tried to turn on the bathroom light, but the light wouldn't work. Was I imagining this? No, I wasn't. I had to plug the lamp from the nightstand into the electric razor outlet in order to have light in the bathroom. By this point

We stayed for 2 nights at the beginning of Oct, and there was NO HEAT!! We had a toddler with us too! We froze both nights with 9 degree weather. The hotel claimed by law it didn't have to turn the heat on until Oct 1, then on Oct 1 claimed it also had something to do with the temperature outside! It was horrible! The beds were extremely uncomfortable, not that you would have been able to sleep if they were since you were shivering all night. Oh, they also could not legally provide space heaters! Upgraded our room cause hotels.com did not forward our reservation. Thanks for that. But we're told that the hotel AC is busted, on a weekend and none of the windows open. Luckily is was a great room with a big comfy king-size bed. It was a great sleep, albeit a hot one. Woulda given 5 stars if the AC had been fixed by the time we got back to our room on Saturday night. They did have all day to fix it.

I had my worst experience in this hotel. The service was so poor.
On My Second morning I saw something like vomit in toilet sink. It came out of the pipes. I told reception to send house keepers to my room but they said their went home and I have to wait till tomorrow. Next day they didn’t send anyone to my room for even cleaning!
Beside of that They didn’t put some cups for coffee next to the coffee machine, so what’s the point of having coffee machine!!!!
Overall I haven’t seen any hotel like this. I won’t comeback again.

Very clean hotel rooms, polite staff! My partner and I went during a time when the AC was unfortunately not working, so our room got quite warm. That being said, the front desk staff provided us with a tower fan while they were fixing the AC! My only complaint was that the standing shower was a little small (but this is also coming from a large woman 😄)

We did an event there just recently. There planners were great and so invested. They take pride in what they do. I went late evening to set up the night before and even the front desk was all about helping! It was pretty awesome. Loved it. Day of, the waiter and waitress (who were a married couple in life... loved that...) were awesome and on top of everything. Again, great experience. Thanks for everything. Love all your faces.

Friendly staff..Good first impressions. Ordered room service.. and was told about 20 minutes....35 minutes later still waiting. Called to see status and found out wrong room number given..x02 instead of x05...food was returned to kitchen.
Why wouldn't staff contact front desk to reconfirm room number . We now have to wait another 20 minutes... on flip side food was excellent and large portions.
Room very nice...and comfortable however TVs need to be upgraded..shrunken screen. and no TV guide channel to see wgats on what channel
