Services
Tecsar's process expertise includes the design, development and analysis of process engineering solutions. Our process group contributes to all phases of the project life cycle from conceptual ideas through to detailed engineering, start-up support and troubleshooting. Tecsar's involvement in projects often begins as early as idea development where proper alternative and technology evaluation is critical to the success of the overall project.
Tecsar Engineering Inc. has been measuring the quality of our services with a variety of clients for more than 30 years. At the onset of each individual Detailed Design phase, clients communicate priorities by assigning weights to Performance Indicators. Weights are used to rate the relative importance of one indicator to another.
Daily Interactions, Structured Training Sessions, and Top Down Empowerment are the foundations of our Safety Culture, all of which are built upon the duties within The Internal Responsibility System. Our supervisors and our workers are all represented on the Joint Health and Safety Committee which is fully funded, recognized and supported by the Corporation.
Front end design stages are supported by Tecsar bid specs and Vendor proposals which are components of TIC estimates for funding approval at various project gates. Tecsar's approach to estimating project costs has the estimator being involved with the project from the initial kick-off meeting to the end of the engineering phase for the estimate handover.
Tecsar is committed to providing our clients with experienced and competitive EPCM support. To this end, we seek motivated candidates who thrive in a professional team environment. Tecsar provides opportunities for growth and continuous improvement through mentorship and a wide variety project work tasks.
