Ray Dobbin, P. Eng. incorporated R. Dobbin Engineering Inc. in 2005. Ray saw the demand and need to provide Civil Engineering services to the local area after retiring from the Township of Enniskillen. He has since built a successful business using his knowledge and invaluable experience, and with the help of a motivated team!
A GPS survey unit was purchased in the spring of 2013 to strengthen the firm's in-house survey capabilities. An ATV was also purchased to perform topographic surveys over large areas (including gravel pits) and establishing drainage areas. Jim Willis joined the R. Dobbin Engineering team in May of 2017, bringing his years of surveying and Inspection experience.
