Similar to another review here, my experience with Eric Robertson was so negative that I felt compelled to post it as a warning to others.
My husband, two young children and I drove 2.5 hours to see a property in the Grey County area (in a snow storm). Our own agent met us there after confirming the showing with Eric Robertson directly. Upon arrival, we could not access the property. Eric neglected to provide the correct information to our agent to get into the lock box. We called Eric multiple times seeking his assistance but he refused to answer the phone. After waiting an hour, hoping to connect
