I was looking to upgrade my weekend property and had not used Re/Max at Blue Realty before. However, after spending the last 13 years in the Collingwood area, it seemed to me that Gerry was "the guy". I was right. I approached Gerry with the parameters of what I was looking for. There was nothing suitable at that time but within 30 days he had a few options lined up for me --- before they came out to the market. I bought and closed my new property within 60 days of my first phone call to Gerry. Within 90 days of that call, Gerry's team also sold my existing place. The whole team is extremely knowledgeable

When you only have one experience, it could go either way. In my case, it worked above expectations. We waited for 10 minutes and the receptionist or a realtor or whoever she was stayed on the phone like we weren't waiting. And there were 4 of us waiting and she paid us no heed. When she did get off the phone she had an appointment in 5 minutes and she rushed our question. Not entirely her fault as she was the only one working.
