Wicks was such a great company to deal with. Currently I'm working with a construction management company and a non profit organization to coordinate some updates to various buildings. I contacted Wicks for some minor electrical work, as I was being quoted high prices. They were quick and responsive, and gave me a very fair price for the work, even though it wasn't in the most ideal part of town. Their professionalism has been outstanding, and I would not hesitate to recommend them for any project - big or small.

Wicks Electric recently did two small jobs for us (installation of a new lighting fixture and a new bathroom fan). We were really pleased with the whole experience. We received a prompt and courteous response to our initial enquiry and scheduling was easy. I worked for Wicks Electric for several months before unseen circumstances lead to me relocate, but if I moved back to the lower mainland, they would be the first company I call and apply to.
There is an excellent culture of positive learning/teaching for apprentices, great leadership and foreman running the projects as well as an amazing team of electricians to work with. I would highly recommend working for them for any electrician who is looking to grow and excel in their field.

We needed small electrical work in our new office. We reached out to Wicks electrical and they replied to us with a quote immediately. Not even 24 hours later we had Max in our office installing lights. I was super impressed how fast they came out and completed the job. Max was awesome to work with. Super fast, clean and accurate. It’s not typical of trades to deliver fast and clean work let alone have a guy at your door step that fast. Highly recommend their services.

I had some nagging electrical problems fixed today. The electrician, Daniela, arrived a bit behind schedule, but it was due to the previous job running overtime (Cathy Wicks had let me know that Daniela would arrive shortly).
Daniela was super nice, and worked quickly and efficiently. My outdoor pathway lights had stopped working in the summer. Daniela tested the system, and determined that the cheap original connectors for each light needed replacing. She carefully dug up the wires, taking care to not disturb the plants too much, then installed better connectors/caps.

Let me start by saying that i never actually had Wicks complete our electrical project.
However, it wasn't short of the prompt and wonderful service from Cathy. She was prompt and when she wasn't sure she went out of the way to get the answers for me.
My husband found another electrician that worked over the weekend otherwise for sure I would have gone with Wicks and Cathy for her being awesome!

After 4 days and keep asking Adam and Cathy, Adam finally responding to my request for quote for electric service panel upgrade.
He did not show any interest to come to the house to see what the work will entail to or even give a rough estimate.

Last year we had a flood in our strata owned rental unit in our building. Wicks Electric was a part of the team that restored the unit and council was extremely happy with the results. This company is just plain awesome. We'd been trying to find an electrician for months, many never called back, or they would send emails and then vanish. But Wicks was on it - got back to us right away, had Tyler out within days. He called the morning he was scheduled, we thought he was going to cancel or give us some run around, but instead he was calling to see if he come come early!!! How much do we love that!? We now have our outdoor lights set up and a bear light to boot - rah!

Simply the best customer service for a trade business. We had a property that needed a small job. We called Adam from Wicks Electric and he stated he was fully booked. But what surprised me is he said he will do his best and get back to us asap.
