On September 28th, 2021 Toronto Van Lines moved my daughter and I into our new home. I was very stressed prior to the move because I wanted flexibility if I didn't get my key until 5p. Frank came to my home to complete the quote and reassured me no matter what time I got my key the staff would work later to make sure my stuff was moved in same night. The staff arrived early the day of the move and they were professional and friendly even though they were with me all day until 11:15p at night. The supervisor on-site Steven was amazing as he made sure his staff worked order to move me out of one

Damages, damages, everywhere! Stay away from this company. Frank will tell you everything you want to hear when he comes to give you an estimate. He will tell you that he will take responsibility for any damages done to you items. Yet, when you send him multiple pictures of countess scratches, chips, cracks, and shattered glass items, he will deny it all. He will become very angry and rude. He will even go as far as making threats! Stay away!

All my beautiful furniture is scratched and didn’t put it back together properly. They put parts under the beds and all the bolts were loose. He won’t help you with your complaints. This was my honest and true experience. The brown furniture was purchased new in 2018 I have the receipts they are not even a year old. If this company calls me to offer to repair the furniture I will remove this review and forget about any other problems but I want to see a mobile repair paint guy at my door. I paid $4500 dollars and I didn't expect this. $1000 dollars of items got lost went

It was a very disappointing experience. We were promised professional movers who would assemble and disassemble our furniture. We were charged extra for our piano as there was to be someone who was a piano specialist. The movers arrived without tools and seemed to know nothing about the piano. As well we were charged extra to have objects removed from our back yard BUT all the items from the backyard had been moved by us to the garage. The worst was that the truck was not large enough to hold all our belongings resulting in us having to rent a van the next day and move the rest on our own. My husband

This company is a rip off. I have just used them to move me in Richmond Hill from a five bedroom house to a two bedroom condo. They brought a very small vehicle and could not move all of my belongings; I had to get out that day so I had to make alternate arrangements, yet they still charge me for a second day and threatened me and insisted I pay them for coming back even though I was not in the house and had to make alternate arrangements.
I am a seventy eight year old woman and these men took complete advantage of me. They threatened me, charge me over $3000 for moving me ten kilometres.

Horrible Experience - Multiple Damaged Items, Unethical employees - did not bother to screw together my child's bed (knowingly)!!
The movers were completely inexperienced and untrained - they dragged my furniture uncovered across the front of their truck (which was dirty and filled with garbage). My couch and mattress are ripped - they will not pay for the damages. But the worst part is what happened with my child's bed - after the move was over, I slid the bed slightly into the middle of the room, and the mattress partially fell through! Pretty sure I wrote a very nasty review about these guys but somehow it's not here. So I'm going to make sure I get it out there that these guys are nothing but rude, careless and unresponsive and have no business owning or running a business! Im going to keep it short, but it in a nutshell, a vintage mirror went missing and I know that something obviously happened to it between the move and they are not taking responsibility! I have video footage as proof that that mirror was not unloaded. My belief is that it was broken while loading and they discarded it before getting to our condo
