We requested an estimate for our kitchen, they said they would come out. A couple weeks pass and they haven’t come, I followed up and they said that if we want an estimate we would have to pay $500.
I would rather them be straight up the first time and said we are not interested.
If they can’t be honest on the first interaction then I suspect that they will be dishonest the whole relationship.
There are plenty of excellent kitchen designers and fabricators out there, I have passed on these guys
