We are so pleased with our home renovation – our experience with Eastview design and build was fantastic.
We found their team professional and reasonable with suggestions and insight.
Although our home had an awkward floor plan – frank managed to reconfigure it to suit our growing needs.

Eastview Homes did a wonderful job on our basement renovation. Keith and his crew were professional, reliable and trustworthy, and respected our requests for COVID-related accommodations. Well it has been just over a year since we had our home fully renovated using Keith from Eastview Homes. Roughly ($350,000 +)
I could go on and on about the dissatisfaction of our dealing and quality of workmanship we received, however if the reader of this review is thinking of renovating, I would gladly share our experience along with the many factual Photo's and video's we have.
I would also share some tips and pointers I have learned in making sure you select in my opinion a good contractor and must needed items to clarify when contracting through a contractor.

We were very pleased with the architectural drawings Keith came up with – where we redesigned the main floor encompassing a new covered veranda with nice large sliding doors. Eastview Homes is a savvy group of skilled home builders led by a smart Captain-of-Design. Keith and his crew have worked together for many years and it shows when they get together on site.
