I am sure the reviews here are solicited by J Griff. I needed some very basic legal services but yet still managed to make a big mess of it.
The legal team is unresponsive, and uses archaic means to communicate legal documents.

I was referred to this law firm because of the wonderful experiences that my realtor told me about his recent clients' transactions. Unfortunately, I had quite the opposite experience.
I am an insurance broker and customer service is at the forefront of my attention. Until the last 10% of the transaction, customer service is non-existent at Griffiths Professional Corp. The clerks that are in office have no understanding of customer service. They are rude, and unwilling to go out of their way for you.
When my home closing transaction actually started , it was like pulling teeth out. Whenever something

Trying to engage this law firm to handle my purchase and sales of property. After one week of dropping off purchase document at Whitby office and was told there'd be an intro email and later estimate, I heard nor receive nothing. I then contacted the law firm and was transferred to Toronto office and lady answered the call knew nothing. I explained and left my contact info. 2nd week just passed and still heard nothing. I will NOT be choosing this law firm as I can't imagine how well the communication be later. Very disappointed by this unprofessional and not responsive behavior.

The team at Griffiths Law seamlessly handled my first time home purchase. They are responsive, professional, fairly priced and were always there to answer my questions. We felt like we were in good hands which allowed us to focus on the many other things going on around our closing date (it's a busy time!). Highly recommend.
