I cannot say enough good things about the entire team. Mike went above and beyond to make sure I got my dream car. Whilst I was at the dealership everyone pitched in to help and demonstrate how much they value and appreciate the customers. An absolutely incredible selection of fine vehicles. From Management to the service department, I was shocked at how well I was taken care of. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. I will be back the next time I require a vehicle. I will also have the vehicle serviced at Karmann.

Terrible service drove about 4 hours to go see a truck we get there and the vehicle wasn't even there had to wait about 30 minutes until we could even see it and was informed it had a dead battery, the was degraded and informed my vehicle was a "dinosaur" and that no one would by it the manager then began to raise his voice and would not give me a number for what my trade in would be worth! Overall very gross dirty sketchy dealer do not shop here!!!!!

I was a first time buyer, so first car experience.
At first it was good. Found the car (mazda 3) on kijiji seemed like a really good deal, there was a lot of photos of the actual car and it looked brand new, only 60,000 KM. So I went for it and I asked if it was still available (during this whole process I never looked for reviews from others who went there, I usually do and I regret not doing that) I got a call in a couple of hours from a salesman and we set a date for me to check it out.
Went down there and met with the salesman (very polite and well mannered but something about the place felt

This place was able to turn my excitement into disappointment all they needed was some deposit. Their safety test is bs and you should never rely on that, there words dont mean anything (either uninformed or straight up lie). My car kept cold starting from the get go and by the 7th day it wouldn't start had to take an uber to work. I noticed and told them that the car only does this when the temperature is sub zero (it was like -3). The next day the car started as the weather was better but the engine sounded rough, when I took it the manager I was met with the worst customer service . The
