Dr. Lioudmila (Lucy) Lavrov was born in Siberia, Russia where she obtained her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree, graduating at the top 3 of her class of 150. In 1999, she moved to Israel, where she completed its dentistry licensing process, and practiced for 7 years. She also volunteered in Yad Sarah Geriatric Dental Clinic in Jerusalem (including Mobile dental unit) where she provided a full range of care for older and homebound patients.

Dr. Chu and her team are amazing ! From The moment I walk in the door with cheerful greeting and smiles....to the moment I leave is an amazing experience. I am revising my earlier rating of Impressions Dental (ID) from two to four stars. Why you may ask? Well, following my initial post, I tried to find a new dentist in the R. Hill area but I had some difficulty finding one that I felt comfortable with. I therefore re-contacted ID regarding getting an estimate to crown one of my tooth, and on this occasion a full break-down of the charges was provided. As a result of this, I recently returned to this office to get the tooth prepared for the crown. All of the staff were welcoming and took steps to make my visit comfortable. Staff are super friendly and helpful! The clinic is really clean and they use up-to-date technology to help the patient understand their problem and give the best options for the client to decide. I would say Dr. Sophia Lee's workmanship is excellent and fast. I am really glad my friend recommended Dr. Lee to me. Highly recommended!

The first time in my life I’ve looked forward to going to the dentist! From the minute you walk in the door, greeted by one of the friendliest administrators you’ve ever met (seriously, she deserves a raise!!) to the hygienists who are personable, genuine and thoughtful, to the dentist who is professional, caring and will take the time to ensure it’s done well and you are comfortable.
