Always been afraid to visit the dentist but Crystalline has relieved me of my fears and I actually look forward to every appointment. Bernadette is so helpful and nice and she really takes care everything for you (especially for insurance inquiries). Dr. Pacione is great. Straight to the point and makes sure I am not in pain or in any discomfort during any procedures. Already recommended my whole family to this practice.

The staff at Crystalline is always so welcoming and friendly, after not being able make it in for awhile due to the pandemic, my first appointment back in the chair was a breeze thanks to the amazing new hygienist! Greek dental office for young and old alike. Thanks Crystalline staff for always being a great place to visit, oh and having awesome clean teeth helps too.

Dr Rob is the best. Fixed an infected tooth and performed a root canal due to an emergency situation from a procedure I recieved at a different dental office. I was pain free when I left. Also pulled 2 wisdom teeth from my son. My son came home and didn't require any pain meds, had no swelling.

With the need to have some major dental work done, I was referred to Dr. Rob Pacione, he assessed the situation, listened to my concerns and made his recommendations. Dentist, hygienists, staff all super friendly. Facility is as high tech as you can get. But what really keeps us coming back is the family atmosphere. This is a privately owned and operated family dentistry. No corporate interference which results in the best dentist experience our family has ever experienced.
