A unique assisted stretching technique that can be used exclusively or as part of a massage treatment. Focuses on stretching the fascia, muscles and joint capsules to help clients feel looser, relaxed and pain-free. A lovely technique using gently heated smooth black beach rocks which are oiled and massaged into your aching muscles.

About Celeste Report

Celeste and her family are thrilled to be back living in Kingston after being away for far too long! Massage Therapy is Celeste's second career which began when she graduated from CCMH in Halifax in 2017. Since then she has been practicing full time, first in Northern BC and now in Kingston.

Celeste is a member in good standing of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and is also a professional member of the Registered Massage Association of Ontario (RMTAO).After having built a successful practice in British Columbia, Celeste moved to Kingston, Ontario in late 2019 to be closer to family.

Celeste Andrews RMT offers very flexible appointments including evening and weekend slots, so you can find a time that fits your schedule. Our booking software sends out reminders so you never have to worry about forgetting an appointment.

What to Expect Report

Don't take any muscle relaxants or anti-inflammatories for 24 hours before your appointment. In order to help you, I will need you to provide me with a thorough update on your health. This will include: previous injuries and accidents, chronic pain or diseases, high/low blood pressure, blood clots, etc.

I just had my first appointment - I can easily say this was the best massage I’ve ever had. Celeste was kind, knowledgeable, and so considerate of my overall health and comfort level. She continuously checked in to make sure I was okay during the massage, and went above and beyond to help with my back and jaw pain. I love that she uses different methods throughout the massage (I.e. hot stones, stretching, etc.). I felt completely comfortable during the whole session, and will be recommending her to anyone who needs a RMT in Kingston!

I would give Celeste 10 stars if I could.
She is professional, kind, empathetic and soooo good with her hands. The massages she gives me relieve the tension and get rid of the stiffness I usually feel in my shoulders. Even better than that, my daily headaches go away for at least a few weeks after each treatment. I'm very grateful to have found her.

First time with Celeste, and definitely not the last. Her practice is set up in her massage studio. She is well organized, knowledgeable about her profession and very personable. Great massage and ensures your comfort through out your session. I have had many massages in my almost 70 years and Celeste rates in my mind, with the best. Recommend!!

I just had the best massage from Celeste 🤗🤗🤗
Celeste has recently relocated to Kingston from B.C. and is beginning to grow her client base. Get in soon is all I can say.
Her home clinic is so cozy and professional. Think fireplace and complementary sauna, shower, hot stones and parrafin wax treatments.
For those of you who were sad when I retired from massage therapy, Celeste is the perfect new therapist for you. Our styles are similar - with great rhythm, pressure, connectivity and she honours your choice to be quiet or chat.

I had a massage by Celeste recently as she has moved her business into the Bayridge neighborhood in Kingston. She was extremely kind and her space is very inviting and relaxing. Her home office is easy to find, warm, has a sauna, and my favorite- the free hot rocks during the massage. I would recommend Celeste to anyone looking for an experienced, relaxed, and friendly Registered Massage Therapist.
