The old owners of my home purchased two windows from Lowes which used Platinum Windows. It took 11 months for the windows to be delivered. One of the sliders of the window get stuck because there was too much insulation in the window. It also leaked with water coming through the crack and they tried telling me it was condensation when it wasnt happening on the other side of the window. Now I need to hire someone else to fix the bad install job as well as live with one window that can only be opened half way because the insulation in the window was too thick. Not happy at all.

Critical: Quality, Responsiveness, Value
Had all our windows and front door replaced in 2015. Since then the windows make a loud sound. Our dining room window no longer opens, we have been trying to get this resolved and no luck for a month now. Terrible customer service.

Installers didn't use drop sheets in my living room and leaving me with a mess to clean up
Installer used my toilet to take a %&@#!!! (don't need to tell you how I know)
Wish I had never ordered from them
I was told the owner, Gus, would call me to discuss my disappointment and rectify these problems...never heard from him
