We added a second floor to our bungalow, gutted and completely renovated the main floor too. These guys do excellent work. They are the most organized contractors I've ever dealt with. The staff is very professional and generally just nice to deal with.
The building crew was amazing and most of the contractors they brought in did really good work. We really didn't have to worry about the project and felt that we were in good hands for the entire build.

I had a major reno + 2nd floor addition back in 2015. Good quality workmanship that stands up over time. I did had have a small roofing leak the other day and Modular promptly resolved the issue as a warranty repair. They truly stand behind their work! I highly recommend.

We reached out to Modular Home additions to add a second floor to our bungalow house. They were referred to us in one of the home renovations shows. After we got the quote from them it took us more than 2 years to finally decide whether we actually want to do it. Modular didn't push us. They let us take our time. Made an appointment for a quote over the phone where I went over what I was looking for and what my house was (a semi detached home in Toronto). The day before my appointment for a quote, I got a call confirming my appointment. Four hours after that, I got a call cancelling my appointment because they 'don't like to do semis'.
