Pfaff Autoworks is an automotive collision repair facility that services all makes and models of vehicles. We are a division of Pfaff Automotive Partners - an Ontario based automotive dealer-group that retails the Audi, Porsche, BMW, Volkswagen, Harley-Davidson, Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler, RAM, Mazda, Subaru, Pagani and MINI brands.
Christopher took ownership of Pfaff Automotive Partners in 1986. His father founded the company in 1964 in Newmarket and since Christopher assumed leadership, the group has expanded considerably including the acquisition of Hallmark Toyota in 1999. Christopher is passionate about all things automotive and spent his youth at the track following Canadian motorsports.

My front bumper was damaged on my Audi so I brought it to Pfaff for repairs. This was my first time dealing with Pfaff Autoworks. My specialist was Mindy. After a few encounters, Mindy was able to show and explain everything to me in detail to better understand what is going on with the car. The service was professional and quick. They really took good care of my car, washed and cleaned it before handing it back to me. The car looks brand new again.

Terrible service! Very disappointed!
- Huge Delay.
They took my car for repair (minor collision on back), it's been 2 months, still not done yet.
- Poor customer service.
I called and emailed them many times, they do not respond in time. I required that talk to the manager last Friday, so far haven't received the call(5 days). I feel like that they do not care about customer's feeling.
- Very expensive.
At beginning, they estimated the cost of $8,200, then changed the price to $13468.92.

They don't get it. I tried many times with repeated instructions and they don't get it also management does not care at all about client satisfaction seems like they're just not interested in fixing things it took me a couple of months to get them to act on my repair and finally when they started working on the car they realize they need 18 days and took my rental because not enough budget never had experience like this with any other repair shop before. Be careful if it doesn't look right it is not right I will contact Tesla head office with details about my Tesla repairs to

Devon on the fleet/rental side was super friendly and helpful as well. He did his best to accommodate me in a timely fashion.

I've had the pleasure to deal with Mindy for my unfortunate incidences with my Audi, and again they did not disappoint. From start to finish the process was smooth, a nice rental was setup for me at Pfaff Newmarket, then throughout the whole process Mindy updated periodically for progress. The car was brought back to a new condition, body gap was like from factory and no mismatch of paint. Overall very happy with the service and repair. 100% would recommend them.

Mindy and her team are a superb example of what customer service used to be.
Mindy accomplished more in 1 hr after our initial chat, then the insurance company had done in a week.
During the entire time the vehicle was under their care, Mindy and or a team member was in constant communication always keeping us up to date and in the loop.
This was hands down the best experience we have had in a long time when dealing with a customer service based business.

Mindy and the rest of the team at Pfaff auto works were incredibly professional and took care of my every need when I got into a vehicular accident. My insurance company gave me a hard time so pfaff took my issues upon themselves and got me a rental and repaired my truck in a timely manner. DO NOT GET FOOLED BY THEIR "LIFE-TIME WARRANTY" OR "AUTHORIZED WORKSHOP" etc, YOU NEVER BE ABLE TO CLAIM ANYTHING.
They ruined both of my headlights. There are dusts in both of them and no one can clean them completely. Pffaf Porsche service department also mentioned that these guys didn't store my headlights properly!
I reached out to Ryan (General Manager) regarding my problem but he was very arrogant and used so many offensive words and abusive Language and and then hung up the phone.

From the moment I arrived Tarah put me at ease. Letting me know the steps that would be necessary to restore my vehicle to pre damage condition She kept me informed of the progress. Covid protocols were in place and my appointed time to pick up my vehicle was spot on. As a matter of fact I noticed that my car fob needed a new battery, she had… it replaced right away. The body work is incredible..... And they stand by their work. I hope not too need their services again.... but God forbid I do .... they will be the one I will call. Definitely recommend Pfaff Autoworks.

This has got to be the worst experience I have ever gone through. Damage was assessed at $16,000.00 by the Insurance Company. Then they came up with a supplement of $8000.00. Insurance company did not authorize nor approve the "supplement". They held my car hostage for 6 weeks till I had to pay for it myself and deal with it. Unprofessional, poor workmanship, super sick arrogant attitude. This is supposedly factory trained Porsche authorized body shop?
