I normally don’t write reviews, but had to write this one on behalf of Bahman, Bahram, Chris and The Hitch Experts. This business and these fellows are exceptional! It is so difficult, if not impossible, to find businesses today that put the customer before the almighty buck. The quality of their work is outstanding. When the customer is told the vehicle will be ready at a certain time, it is. The cost of install, parts/accessories is phenomenal. I honestly don’t know why anyone would go anywhere else when in need of hitch, rack, or any other vehicle/trailer accessory related items or information

Great Service! Amazing people! Very Caring Stuff! Very Cheap! I received an extraordinary service today. They gave me free ride, and later they just dropped off my car at my place. I had quotes from other shops in Calgary and Winnipeg, and their price was the cheapest compared to other places. They gave me a very good discount on the top of their low price. Emails were replied promptly even during the weekend. You will receive an extraordinary service beyond your expectation. I strongly recommend their shop at Calgary.

We’ve dealt with the guys at Hitch Experts for a few years now. Excellent care and service. It’s our go to place for anything hitch related. I find the staff very,caring and above all, will strive to make sure they can look after your needs. There were times when we had a concern and just dropped by without an appointment. There was a woman at the counter who went up to pay her bill. "No charge! said the man. "WHAT?" SHE REPLIED. "Your repairs are all covered by warranty! She was thrilled.
I had them instal a Blue Ox car tow system behind my motorehome.. they made and kept the apointment and they saved me over 500.$.
The work was done on time and under budget.
They were courteous and helpful and kind. They were patient with me.. a senior. They made sure I knew how to hook up my little car and pull

Walked in 20 minutes before close looking for a 4" class V drop ball mount and ball and walked out with an absolute smoking deal on an aluminum adjustable ball mount. The price of both options was way lower than what was on the manufacturers websites and most places in town. The guy upfront was great and easy to deal with and was more than willing to help me out! Thanks hitch experts!

Stay away - rude and arrogant.
I went there to get a trailer brake installed into my VW and had done some good research in advance.
The guy at the counter confirmed that the device of my choice was in stock and could be build into my car right away. He just wanted to confirm the installation with the technician.
Now comes the interesting part: the technician told me that he would have to make a full wiring for my car which would raise the costs. I told him that my car has OEM wiring for a trailer brake. He denied and insisted that he is right as he just had an Audi in for wiring. I told him
