Inspired by the innovation behind bath and kitchen fixtures, Splashes Bath & Kitchen began as a way for homeowners to envision the transformation of a newly designed space with upgraded fixtures.
This helped radically change the way that people shop for a new build or renovation. Each showroom features modular display units to bring a sense of uniformity and harmony to the shopping experience. This minimalist aesthetic lets each individual product take centre stage. The customer is able to focus on customizing their fixtures according to their bathroom or kitchen design.

We bought a "luxe gold" faucet and was going to have a vanity with exposed p-trap and obviously didn't want a plain black plastic p-trap ruining the beauty of the faucet and the sink we had purchased. So Kathleen sourced us a p-trap to match the faucet. It came in and we compared it to the faucet we bought and it matches 99%. You can tell it's not the same side by side but since one is above the vanity and one is below, no one is going to be able to tell the difference. Thanks for your great eye Kathleen in picking this out for us!

Splashes helped supply our plumbing fixtures a few years ago on a home renovation. We were pleased at the time. Recently a small part in our shower failed and one of the showroom consultants (JK) was most helpful in tracking down the replacement part. She worked with the manufacturer to arrange for the part. I expect courtesy and common kindness when shopping. Some of the staff have none of the above. The products are good. But if you have to grovel to get help, and then feel that you have someone is put out by your getting their attention, there are many more places to shop. I highly recommend avoiding this showroom. You do better shopping their brands online and going to a warehouse to pick up.

You are alright as a showroom, but I just felt this place was lacking in service. Came here due to a washroom reno, as it was a place highly recommended by my contractor. Came here with my partner and was practically standing around like a light-post looking for service, this place is not a huge Home Depot so it's not hard to spot someone walking in this store, I would have to even consider this location small as a showroom compared to the many others I have walked around in during this expedition of finding parts for the washroom of mine.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET! I came in here with my friend today, and he really needed to buy a faucet. He had a lot of questions and wanted someone who had some expertise to help him out. The woman working there was so not helpful and was super rude to him. She even said she was trying to have a quiet moment with this other person and totally blew him off.
We waited around for 15 minutes while this woman refused to help him, and he got so frustrated after a while that we just left the store and they lost his business. They missed out on a sale worth a couple hundred dollars because

If you are looking at updating or possibly creating a brand new bathroom..and you are on a bit of a budget...then you might want to give Splashes a try...
There show room if full of tons of different varieties of everything bathroom related...on a recent visit with a friend who is redoing her bathroom...we found an AMAZING rectangular porcelain under-mount sink...AND ..it was only $187...but looks like it is super expensive..
The service is always great and they even offer installation at great prices..and they are super open to working around your schedule..
