This company has ZERO regard for the public and is only after the almighty dollar. They are completely unwilling to go back to the drawing board and hold a design competition for the Château Laurier addition. Instead they put different shades of lipstick on a pig until they wore the City of Ottawa down and they accepted the plan. The lack of commentary from the family that owns Larco shows their disconnect with the communities they do business in. They use their project managers for press commentary and hide behind their veil. I have talked to hundreds of people in Ottawa an NOT ONE PERSON likes
