We specialize in refurbishing previously built pools, and renovating existing pool structures. We can bring your pool, and your backyard back to life! In need of a pool opening service to be ready for the season, or just want to make sure that every aspect of your pool is in tip-top shape? We take your pool needs from concept and design to installation, and see your backyard experience through to completion. Over our history as a company, we have had the privilege of being involved in numerous projects with clients across all levels of life and arenas. As pool season is wrapping up, we wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for a flawless summer in our pool. Our equipment functioned beautifully and we had not one issue with chemicals or algae as you had promised.
A: Every situation is different so it's not an easy question to answer. An entry level pool with minimal options might come in under $50,000 while a fully custom, Gunite pool with Artisan tile, Natural Stone coping and Designer interior plaster will be double the cost and then some. Gunite pools are our specialty and we have built fabulous ones for discriminating clients.

Contacted this company with regards to ordering parts. I was met with a very rude response. The exact words I recieved were "To be honest I don’t really have time for that" when I asked for help to figure out what exactly I needed. I was very shocked as I ordered parts from this company a few years back and got a response right away and got parts right away. Now, it has been a week since I have heard from them and likely won't hear back from them. This part is a proprietary part from a company they sell parts for and service these parts as well. Long and short of my story, I fully understand

Benson Pools installed our pool over 22 yrs ago, the pool is still great. Yesterday at 430pm I emailed I needed chlorine, bromine, clear blue and a few minor parts that have worn out. WELL, today, Sat, by 1030am I had most of what I needed, two parts out of stock.

They did a fantastic job of renovating our concrete pool! The owner opened up on a Sunday so my wife and I could review all of the options (of which there are many!) and select colours, tiles, etc. Their on-site workers were extremely polite, clean and quite. The EcoFinish looks stunning and our pool is better than new! There was even an issue with some minor peeling of the finish, and they came back extremely quickly to drain the pool and reapply the finish.
We couldn't be happier with the outcome! If you have a concrete pool that needs work, these guys are the best game in town.
