My Name is Jimmy Dee, aka James Dunning. My Wife Sherry and I have recently had our whole house windows done and will be having our doors done in the next few weeks. We went through the process of researching 4 companies and had quotes done. The experience was exhausting but had to be done. We experienced the hard sell, sign now and save because tomorrow it will cost more etc... In the end the cost of the windows and doors is competitive across most companies what you really want is flexibility (allowed a later door installation as we are renovating) and choice. BUYER BEWARE!!! This company used to be called Euro-Tech Windows & Doors. Same address and owner in Ottawa. I dealt with this company 10 yrs ago when they were Euro-Tech. Now the seal on one of their windows and our patio door is broken causing it to fog up between the glass. They won't honour their warranty since they've changed their name! Go with another company for your window and door needs! Not this company that changes their name and won't honour warranties!
