Cana replaced our main bedroom window, which has a south west exposure, about 2 years ago and we still love it! The new window does a much better job of insulating from the heat and cold. Our heating and AC bills are noticeably lower.

We were very pleased with both the sales side of things and the installation. Wayne (from sales) was always available -- over a lengthy period of replacing windows from tornado damage -- easy to work with, and went to bat for us. A calm, supportive influence, when we needed it. John and his installation team were awesome: quickly replacing 3 windows and a patio door in the cold of December, but doing a masterful job at the same time. Replacing windows is not a small job and can be stressful as well as expensive. A few years ago we had CANA replace a basement window and were so pleased that we called Wayne Thurber again to replace all the other windows in the house. He was very thorough and explained all the options. Six weeks after placing the order, our custom windows were ready for installation. The crew spend a day and a half doing the work. We would recommend Wayne Thurber of CANA Windows to anyone! He was very professional and timely.
He was very articulate and understanding of our needs.
Cana Windows price was almost a dollar for dollar match against our other 2 quotes.
We did not pick them for the job BUT we cannot blame them as it was just our need to have the windows installed for a pending sale of the property.
