For the fastest, darkest, longest-lasting tan with the least chance of burning, the Matrix L33 is the ultimate choice. The Matrix is a high pressure tanning bed, high pressure refers to the type of lamp used and means that most of the UVB rays, or "burning rays", are filtered out. Consequently, you are exposed to almost all UVA rays or the rays that produce the golden brown tan.
Using a tanning lotion helps lock in moisture that is lost during the tanning process. It also helps to smooth out skin and allows for optimum UV absorption. Lotions help you get darker faster and help you keep your tan longer. Skin should be hydrated to reach and maintain that desired tan. Dry skin reflects UV light and does not allow it to tan underneath.

I love this place! It's my first time, going to a tanning salon to get prepared for an event I have coming up, and the ladies are super helpful and knowledgeable. I came in knowing what I wanted but not really how to get there but the girl that helped me out on my first visit was very kind and helped me plan a way to get to my goal colour. I found this place looking for the best reviews and this place stands up to these reviews! It's a super clean and organized location and I honestly can say I'll be sticking around through the winter to keep my golden bronze going. Thanks so much! I highly recommend

Ashley is one of the best persons to meet at the salon! She was there when I needed help, an advice and support the most. She listened, she cared and she stayed very late to help me out to find a solution to a problem that I had. She was very providing, caring, thoughtful and she took my problem as her own. She was also very knowledgeable and thorought with explanation and gave a good advice as to how to treat my skin in a condition it was. Thank you Ashley! Excellent tanning beds and great service.
I’ve been going to Planet Sun for years now.
They have state of the art equipment that are maintained frequently.
The place is clean and atmosphere is warm.
The service from everyone there is always amazing. They provide assistance and recommendations.
Definitely one of the better tanning salons in York Region.

Planet Sun is the best tanning salon! It really is!
High quality tanning beds, awesome tanning lotions (big selection), quality moisturizing lotions, teeth whitening, spray tans.....its all there!!!
Besides the fact that the place is always clean and tidy ( literally - always), it is a SAFE place to go to. Planet Sun follows all rules and regulations - unlike some "salons" the bed lamps at Planet Sun are actually changed regularly (therefore you always get the same great results)!
What makes this salon the best is the exceptional customer service. Planet Sun's professional staff team is well

I recently switched to Planet Sun from another tanning salon and couldn't be happier! The staff here are so welcoming and knowledgeable and make sure I always have the best tanning experience possible! They have a variety of beds and products available depending on your tanning needs. The prices/packages are also extremely reasonable and the staff always notify me of promotions etc. Definitely recommend Planet Sun!

I have been going to planet sun for years and it is the best tanning salon. The staff are very friendly and kind. Artem, Ashley, and Veronica always remember my name and always ask how I am. Whenever I need advice on which bed I should go on or what not, they always give me an honest opinion based on my skin tone. Whenever there are promotions I’m always notifed. It’s a great atmosphere with genuine employees. Thanks team!

I highly recommend Planet Sun Tanning salon. I am from London and recently moved to the GTA, and the bed quality and cleanliness of the salon exceeds expectations. All the staff are friendly but I find Ashley to be very personable and kind. She is extremely knowledgeable in helping you with all your tanning needs whether it be recommendations on beds, tan times and lotions. Great customer service! Thank you! :)
