I had a fractora treatment done here a few months ago. The red dots from the treatment are STILL on my face even months later. They fractured why blood vessels under the skin and they still haven't healed. They told me that in order to fix this, they would need to do another treatment I want that I would again need to pay for even after spending thousands of dollars on the fractora.

Been coming here for months. I did a few different treatments targeted towards skin texture (acne and scars), body contour, and iv treatment for weight management. Always got the best value and best advice. Junie is my consultant and she is THE BEST.
My technician is Mint and she too is friendly and gives so many tips and advices on aftercare stuff. Worked with a few other nurses and technicians too, everyone has always been so accommodating and friendly. Best service ever!

Not so good experience last week. The manager talked to me about the package of the treatment that i want, although the offer was good., i dont really wanna grab it because as a customer, i want to check/experience first as a first time customer how they treat or what will be my experience to them., she insisted to me the package, and give me so… many terms on how to pay it, and when i also insisted that i want to try them first and i dont wanna pay a thousand dollars for that package., she just stand-up in front of me and take over me to the nurse. Terrible experience at Bathurst&Ratherford location. I got certificate from my husband on birthday. Massage would be good if the massagist was dumb. She didn't shut her mouth for a minute. With a pedicure it was even worse. Girl put my feet in the bath and left me for an hour. Repeatedly appeared with an apology and again disappeared somewhere. As it turned out, she was doing massage to another client. Unprofessional staff. There is no respect for clients. NEVER EVER AGAIN!

Overall facials, lasers and massages are good and that is why I have gone back a few times. i always leave after spending hundreds of dollars on products because their staff are very hard sell. That is ok though because the products are good. Unfortunately Botox injection by the male doctor failed terribly and my smile became lopsided and brows raised very unnaturally after. This is after i told him exactly how many units to do but he decided not to follow and did his own thing. Also tried to do more than needed.. Only needed about 45 units but he forced 50 units on me. I never experienced the results anticipated from a professional medical massage provider.
The spa is clean, fresh aromas everywhere, with good size room, always clean and nicely setup, ready to get started.
Once you have an appointment, you shouldn't wait long as your masseuse will be expecting you on time. They also accept walk-ins as well.
My experience has been 'just okay', but the massage professionals here need to take some refreshing courses, or be happier

It is medical spa, has latest machine , I had Scuplsure laser fat reduction. The nurse is so nice and professional. She explained all the treatment step for me . I can't remember what is her name .

My Girlfriend and I went for a couples massage.
They started late, and only got 45 minutes out of the hour I paid for. At one point on of the RMTs left the room for 5 minutes, not sure where she went.
Massage was not great, end of the day so it seemed they were in a rush to go home.
When it came time to pay, we asked for receipt for our insurance and we were told their printer is broken and they will email us the receipts. We gave them our email and waited to make sure we get it.
Sat there for half an hour waiting for it and it never came. We did get it the next day. Very unprofessional.

I learned about this place through groupon. After some research I purchased! I was so pleased with their service to customers and the high level of professionalism. The lady who did my massage was attentive to all of my needs and did not waste any time. She explained that the second she places her hands on me is when she turns the timer on. After the massage i came out amazed and felt like a new person. The decor is very pretty inside too. I highly recommend others to try this place. The workers are very knowledgeable!

This spa was a provided comforting experience. I was hesitant towards getting a massage as I was constantly pressured by my friend to get one. After receiving the tremendous service, I will definitely be getting more massages. The service was catered with a welcoming team as well as tea. I am going to go a few more times to ensure quality of service and would one day purchase their massage package. Great place for massage.

I was hesitant to go to Signature Spa in the Longo's plaza because of posts I saw on yelp. I live close by and don't like driving far to get home as I tend to get a bit dizzy after a massage. They are also open late which is convenient. I booked a 90 min pregnancy message. The receptionist was very warm and friendly, the place seemed very clean and modern, I didn't have to wait long. My appointment was at 10am which I arrived at 9:45am but the girls didn't arrive to work until 9:54am and had trouble turning on lights and setting up. I'm pretty sure I was their first customer and have been a regular since. They've always been on time and courteous. I typically buy a package of 5 which makes their rates "normal".
They're open late (til 10pm) which is very convenient for those downtown toronto people that GO Train home (like myself).

This place is god awful!!! I purchased a groupon couples massage, my appointment was at 3 pm and I showed up earlier like they requested. At 3:10 they told me it would be a little late because the client before me was 10 minutes late, I said fine.
3:28 they tell me that it will be another 15 minutes and that my husband and I can do couples anymore cause they need to disinfect the room after the previous client!!
So I left and contacted groupon, turns out they redeemed my voucher even though I never received a massage. Now I am fighting with groupon for a refund because the spa will not refund
