Overall OK for basic accommodation. The walls are as paper thin as other reviews state. On the plus size the rooms were recently renovated and are better than you might expect for the price point. Avoid rooms facing the hot tubs like the plague unless you enjoy hearing the conversations. This was a bit bothersome mid week in January, it must be unbearable during high season. Bring ear plugs

I went there during the COVID pandemic. The room was good and looked brand new. The size was small but big enough. Good bed, bathroom, and AC. Nothing to complain about, especially if you are planning to enjoy the city as much as you can, and you get there just to sleep.
Positive: No carpets and good cleaning.
Negative: Just a few parking spots and I got a ticket

It was fine! It felt clean, the staff was friendly, and they had every thing you needed for a comfortable stay!
The small downsides were: room size and hot tubs were a little small. Also felt a tad bit outdated for the price. Regardless, you don't go to Jasper to stay in your hotel room and we enjoyed our visit overall.

Nice, clean rooms. Great location and friendly service. I loved the outdoor hot tub experience too! My only negative is that the walls in the rooms are paper thin. You can hear people talking at conversation level, no soundproofing between upper and lower floors either. I won't be staying here again because of this as I am a very light sleeper. If you get stuck next to loud people/partiers I think you would have a horrible stay.

We drove 5 hours and chose your hotel. We then find out when we get here you have restrictions on the hot tub. Limited to being in the hot tub once per day for 30 minutes only. This has nothing to do with safety. I stay at hotels each week and no hotel I’ve stayed in has this ridiculous rule. I’d like a refund. We would have chosen literally any other hotel if we knew this was a rule. We phoned in when we booked this hotel. Why would the front desk person not have told us about this rule especially when we were inquiring about the hot tub when we phoned in? When I spoke to the front desk person

Went on a spontaneous trip to Jasper, got there for sunrise, had breakfast in town and came to the conclusion that we do need to sleep at some point. But who would let us check in before 4pm?
After being declined for having two big dogs at numerous other hotels we got to the Mt Robson Inn and the fabulous front desk agent let us check in at 9am (!!) free of charge, no big deal at all.
We had a nice room on the first floor. It came with two queen beds (she must’ve felt real sorry for me and my hungover guy friend), a food and water bowl for the kids and a parking spot right in front of the door

Exceeded Expectations. Great location, easy to walk through town and close to the highway. Our double queen bed room on the second floor was spacious and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast has a wide variety that you can choose ahead of time so you can quickly go to the breakfast room to pick up your box and take back to your room.
T.V wasn't good quality or good channel selection but that's very minor.
Office staff were super friendly and helpful. Will choose to stay here again.

We arrived a bit late since we drove in from far. The staff Elena i believe was her name was very helpful with the whole process of checking in, and also with suggestions of what to eat in the area.
The location is really nice amidst the mountains, they also have two hot tubs which were so lovely to use. we had two beds in our room as we were 4 people, the rooms were very tidy and clean. I would definitely recommend to book them for your stay in Jasper. so many options to eat in the village nearby.

Enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast was the best part. Probably one of the best breakfast I have I had for an Inn across North America. The food was of good quality, the eggs, the hash browns! The room was on the smaller side however the space was utilized well. The washrooms were renovated and we loved the scent of toiletries provided. Would definitely recommend if you are visiting Jasper.
Also the front desk staff is super sweet and really friendly. They are always willing to answer any and all questions.

Spacious and clean rooms, nice TV inside the room, clean bathrooms. it was 10 of us staying in three rooms and they were all good rooms. Some had less comfortable beds tough (too soft beds). Nice hot tub but no shower, also no drinking water in hot tub area. Very friendly staff. No reception area to find out about activities in Jasper (a small flyer board in laundry room only). Would be more welcoming with a simple setup offering water, tea or coffee with some news stands.

I purchase the room online with Expedia and it was a very smooth process. Upon check in, the motel is following all Covid protocols and seemed very clean out front. We had to reserve our hot tub time which was limited to one 1/2 hour slot. During these Covid times that's better than nothing! They do not allow large equipment (skis or snowboards) into the rooms but they do have lockers that are free of charge to use. The parking lot is in the middle of the motel so most of the parking is convenient to the rooms.

This motel seemed to be recently renovated as the exterior and interior of the

Nice place. We had been staying at the Fairmont at Lake Louise and were somewhat apprehensive about the Jasper hotels. However, the Mount Robson lodge was very comfortable, clean, and organized. The rooms were a nice size and well appointed. The breakfast exceeded my expectations on quality and variety. There was a mix up on reservations, but the hotel Manager Marina was very polite and understanding. Marina addressed the issue promptly.

Stayed a couple of nights. I booked with Expedia and got a queen sized bed room for $119/night during Christmas holidays. The room was quite modern. The bed was comfortable and the shower was wonderful. Due to the size they have some sliding screens that you move when using the bathroom. It's quite open but they did a great job utilizing the space. The only negative about the room is that they have a lounge chair but no good sitting space. My husband and I wanted to play some cards and it was really awkward sitting. We called and asked if we could sit where they serve breakfast and they said

We enjoyed our time at Mount Robson Inn. We booked through Expedia so did not have much interaction with the inn prior to checking in but had friendly enough service throughout our stay. The room was much more modern and well kept than you would expect from the exterior of the hotel and our only problem with the room itself was that the bathroom was not actually closed off, it was sectioned off by portable walls that left you no privacy in the bathroom. The inn was a ten minute walk to downtown through a cute neighborhood and was great location overall. The daily breakfast was what one can expect

I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. It was walkable to the downtown area, had a great staff, and was very accommodating. We checked in very late, but it was very efficient. We were given a choice of a complimentary bottle of red or white wine. They also offered us free breakfast in the morning, which we took advantage us. The breakfast was convenient, easy, and had a decent selection. The staff was nice, competent, and hard working. Our room was quiet, clean, and updated. It was a bit small, but we do nothing in the room other than change, shower, and sleep, so we don't need

Rooms are nice, clean, updated. You wouldn't think so if judging solely on the drive up and parking lot. Front desk staff, not helpful, cheerful or accommodating. Booking by phone would lead you to believe that the staff is warm and friendly. However, when you are actually in town and standing in their not so updated, smells like cigarette smoke lobby, you are just a number, not a guest. The rooms are nice, so please keep that in mind.

I booked the Sunwapta Suite for my husband's 40th birthday. What a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!
We've stayed in nicer and cleaner rooms in a Super 8 motel. The pictures and descriptions on the website are extremely deceiving.
When I called to reserve I specifically told them it was for a quiet romantic weekend. They did not warn me that this room was directly in front of the two large outdoor public hot tubs and with it came loud drunk obnoxious people yelling and whooping it up past the time it was supposed to close down.

Now the room...... the first thing that hit me was the overwhelming

Rooms are okay , nothing fancy smelly at first but goes away after AC, but clean , service great, loved the $2 laundry machines, breakfast better than most (with pancakes, omelletes, cereal, fruits, yogurt, breads/muffins etc) which we really appreciate with kids, location fab near downtown! Pool and jacuzzi are very small in parking lot ( a joke) but overall would stay again .

We recently stayed at the Mt. Robson Inn and had a very nice visit. The rooms are nothing fancy, but the hot tubs are great and spacious, the staff is kind and helpful, and there is a decent continental breakfast. Plus, it's close to the Marmot access road and still walking distance to town. Definitely would stay here again if in town for skiing.

I have stayed at Mount Robson several times now, usually during Jasper in January. There two outdoor hot tubs are a decent size and usually a good place to socialize.

I love the fact that they offer a free breakfast. There is enough variety to satisfy all including hard boiled eggs, cereal, yogurt w fruit, and waffles.

Prices in Jasper seem to be climbing and I found that for the price, the queen room was very small; so small that I could literally touch the bathroom door my foot while lying on my bed !

I absolutely adored this place. The outside is a bit deceiving - looks like a regular lodge. The inside was beautiful. We booked a deluxe suite, with a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was separate from the sleeping area, accompanied by a couch, a fireplace, and a TV. Having that separation really adds to the feel of the suite.

The shower was beautiful. I loved having the sink on the outside, not inside the bathroom. It allowed one person to get ready while the other used the bathroom. Helpful!

The bed was comfortable, the TV channels ample. Service was outstanding and having a separate entrance allowed

We have had such a good stay here. We arrived in Jasper at 7am on the Greyhound bus and they had the room cleaned for us as soon as the previous guests had checked out. We were able to get into the room by 9am.
The room is large and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast looks very good.
The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk from the shopping area. There is a coach from outside to the Skytram which was a good trip.
The staff in the hotel have all been friendly and very helpful.
I would definitely stay here again if we return to Jasper.

I quite liked our room; it was a renovated single queen bed room, nothing to fancy but very comfortable. The bathroom though?? I'm not sure how the other rooms are but ours had a weird pair of sliding door panels that didn't even fit together or lock or anything. The shower was a lot nicer than a lot of hotels in the same price range. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly too. The location is far from the main strip, but it's a little quieter that way. The grounds are nice too. I'd recommend this to a traveller or a couple that doesn't mind hearing each other in the

While looking at the booking rooms online; we were very excited, they looked great!

We couldn't have been more wrong.

After parking on the street because the motel didn't have ample parking; we checked in at the registration desk; a room of which looks like a 70's ski resort with a faded piece of art, a very old couch, and somewhat dirty floor and walls.

Anyway, looking past that; we mustered the strength to carry our luggage about a block due to the lack of parking; and had to navigate our way around two smoking middle-age women blocking the stairs to our

This is a great place to stay when visiting Jasper! We booked a 4 person room (i.e. two queen beds) for one night for just $180 and it was a very pleasant stay. Even with the two beds, the room is very spacious and comfortable. There are two sinks - one inside the bathroom and one out and trust me, this is a great thing to have when 4 people are sharing a room! The temperature was maintained just right for mid April, neither too hot or cold. There was the usual continental breakfast built into the price of the room but in the case of Mount Robson the food was exceptional - I especially loved the

Nice, clean place to stay in Jasper. Not right downtown but an easy walk for sure even with a 4 year old and a baby. Very nice running trails near the inn and friendly staff and owner. We didn't use the pool or spa. Outdoor corridor hotels aren't my favorite but this was nice and seems like it would be great in winter. No complaints here and we would be happy to stay there again.

My mom, aunts and I ended up spending a night here after our stay in Banff got cancelled due to the flooding. We were able to book a last minute room and were very glad we chose this place! The room was on the second floor and had a very roomy bathroom area that looked recently renovated. The 2 sinks, one outside and the one inside with the tub were quite a hit since there were 4 of us staying here; nice bathtub/shower, everything bright and clean. My family also loved the fridge and microwave option and bemoaned the fact that we had to change lodging the next night.
