I had a lot of questions and the guys where great and answered them all. They keep you up to date on the delivery and give you a window when you can expect to receive your unit. The storage units are very well build and have lots of time down on the inside walls. The doors are very sturdy and the lock that I bought from them is excellent.

Thought these guys we good at the start with all their texts etc. all until they missed the final delivery, sent the cube back to their storage lot, even after I called them at least 6 times throughout the day to provide updates and only got a call back after 6:30PM (I started calling them at 8:30am, when the container was supposed to arrive). I ended up having to pay a separate moving company to retrieve my items. Nobody knocked on my door or even called to say they were outside. They were insisting that I did not have a street permit, which I did (I also had room on my driveway and written consent

I will not use this service again and would not recommend it to my family or friends.
I believed at first I made the right decision as the representative was very kind and I thought to be through in his details on booking details. When I didn’t receive confirmation on my pick up date I contact the company to ensure my cube was moved from my rental home to my new home. I was told I was not booked and because of the amount of booking they had my cube would not be moved over a week later. Needless to say my landlords were not impressed and I was charged additional rent as this delayed their next

Tabatha was a great help in organizing and explained everything to me as a first time customer, who hasn’t moved in over 30 years. Unfortunately plans changed and we no longer needed the storage. I believe that this company has it together, very efficient service. I would definitely use them.

Cubeit did an amazing job. Your text messages were great. Your staff were very responsive at all times and would call to remind me of the delivery or pickup. They were professional and courteous. Drop off and pickup was handled by Wes. Great job and driver. He was mindfull of the location and property. Overall Cubeit knocked it out of the park!!! I would recommend Cubeit to anyone requiring a move.Well done!
