Included in our pricing, we provide wardrobe boxes for your hanging clothes, protective mattress covers, furniture pads, floor runners, and more.
Find all you need for that big move with packing supplies from Daystar. You can find packing and moving products including boxes, tape, protective bubble wraps, plastic covers, and much more. If you plan on moving it, we have the right product to get it transported safely to its new destination. Daystar buys back gently used boxes when you're done with them.

I hired Daystar to complete our move in Keswick and another family member from Toronto to Keswick. Paul, along with his two colleagues, were the crew sent to complete both moves. We also rented an additional truck through their front office. They worked very hard, provided great communication throughout the move, showed great attention to ensuring minimal damage to anything, and we’re very respectful and friendly. Thank you for your professionalism and service, well done!

This company is absolutely horrific. Rented a truck from here the truck was a piece of garbage. The workers/employees don’t know how to speak to people properly. The worker was being bluntly rude to us accusing us of fraud, saying we can’t drive trucks saying “have you even drove a truck before, be careful because if you look up you’ll see a tree” absolutely disgusted will never rent from here again I highly advise nobody to go to this dreAdful company because you will be traumatized. Discrimination to women and absolutely terrible. Never again. Hope you read this review and know how

About as bad as it gets. The man that runs the organization has terrible customer service and treats customers like we are problems to him. He went over the vehicle with a fine tooth comb looking for scratches (there were none.) He charged an extra $25 to mop out the bed (ridiculous) and then tried to overcharge on his mileage by 50kms (I caught his bad math.)
Had I read the reviews above I would have never rented from him. Save yourself some drama and rent from someone reputable.

Read all the other reviews. The are accurate based on my experience. I'll add that the rental truck I had felt unsafe and I got pulled over by the police who did a lengthy exam of the vehicle at the road side to ensure it was fit for the road.
It took me over 45 mins to get my rental truck. Anytime I've been to Ryder or U-Hull its been less than 10 mins. I was waiting at the door at 8:30am and the guy shows up at 8:40am and I am greeted with, "You're here for???" with lots of attitude. No apology for being late, even when I called the day before and stated the time I would be there. Never again

I decided to go with Daystar to rent our moving truck because my mom recommended I use them as her friends have used them in the past.
I had a very pleasant call with the lady working there. She was friendly, personable and knowledgeable and I have nothing bad to say about her at all.
However, the gentleman (I am assuming Dave from the other reviews) is the reason that I will never recommend this company to anyone, nor will I ever use them again.
He was arrogant, rude and lacked the basic customer service skills that are expected with any transaction. I am honestly surprised that they are not
