Extremely disappointed in the customer service at Exclusive. Ron, one of the sales representatives was not forthcoming with information regarding returns. As a result we are stuck paying for and keeping extra product that we don't need. This could have been avoided if the information was provided at the outset. Instead we had a pressure sale to get 'his deal.' It's not a deal when in the end we pay more than competing flooring stores. I highly recommend you don't deal with this company. If you do, you better do your research as they certainly DO NOT provide appropriate customer service.
