We are thrilled with our new floors! Traci was wonderful and helpful in picking out the right product. The shipment arrived early and installers were available immediately. The installers (Yousef and his partner) were excellent! They were polite, efficient and neat. I would (and have) recommended Carpet Value to anyone looking for carpets or flooring.

Super great installer, the coordinator Tracy is beyond awesome and the owners are so great they even came to my house before and after to make sure I was happy! 5 Stars for sure!

My wife and I had a sewer backup in our basement and needed new flooring. Having never purchased flooring before we decided to visit this location for some advice, pricing and ideas. We walked into the empty showroom and began browsing hoping someone would come and attend to us. After about 10 minutes I went to the desk to make it known we needed help. The employee was at her desk on what was obviously a personal call. She had her cell phone on speaker and was talking loudly. I made eye contact but she didn’t move. After another 10
