First of all, Oak Bay Avenue has a 40 km speed limit. Those of us who reside near by do NOT appreciate your truck with the licence plate 7223 barrelling through a red light at Richmond and Oak Bay avenue around 11:15 am. You are idiots. Learn to drive slowly and stop bullying people with your large machinery.
