I started training with Kyle receno, registered kinesiologist at revibe in Mississauga. He helped me with getting started on improving my fitness so that I could return to playing basketball at a high level without feeling pain.
Over the 2 months I was working with him, he taught me how to exercise with good form and helped me lose 15 pounds. He gave me information on exercise and nutrition.

Revibe has to be the best physio and massage therapy clinic in Mississauga. It's like a community of friendly health and wellness experts doing their best to help their clients reach their goals. After seeing a couple other physiotherapists and RM in the city, I wouldn't go anywhere else. After going here for over 2 years, I am seeing the results in my strength and range of motion!

Definitely a top facility in the GTA in terms of cleanliness and comprehensiveness. It’s a beautiful space with plenty of room and equipment so you know you’re able to do every exercise required in the space. No wonder a lot of professional athletes go here. Benson my physio was extremely detail oriented, caring and knew what he was talking about. I had a shoulder surgery and he helped me rehab 3 weeks faster and my shoulder feels better than ever! This place also does massage and chiro which is dope. They got it all!

I absolutely love Revibe! The guest experience was so helpful. When you walk in, you are welcomed with a friendly staff member ready to answer all of your questions. Adding on top of that, the space is just gorgeous. It is bigger than I thought and I love the aesthetics of the place. It's refreshing and inviting. I went there for their Infrared Sauna and I highly recommend it! The space is filled with aesthetic decor, towels to dry off, complimentary water and of course- the sauna itself. I even booked a physio session right after with one of many of their amazing staff. Revibe went above and beyond

Amazing place with such welcoming staff! The place is always super clean with such a relaxing vibe. I tried the NEW infrared sauna this visit and was not disappointed. I usually visit Josh for treatment and hop in the recovery lounge to use the Normatec compression boots. 10/10 would recommend Revibe to any of my clients, friends and family

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!! I was given the opportunity to check the place out through Nikki who is Revibe’s holistic nutritionist. Of the many services offered I chose the infrared sauna which was just what I needed after a tough week of training and work! Highly recommend this place to everyone, from the pro athlete to anyone who just wants to unwind. The staff is also extremely friendly!

I've been seeing Kyle for the past several months and the improvements he's helped me get is out of this world. He's held me accountable, helped me learn more about my own body from a functional training standpoint and helped me improve all my weaknesses. Because of him, he's helped me have the confidence to workout on my own. Fun guy, great motivator, and the rest of the staff is just like him. Definitely my home wellness facility for all my needs.
