I went to this salon a few days ago and had a lovely experience! I haven't gotten a cut in years but I'm grateful that I went here for my first time back because I felt so understood and taken care of. Mallory was very kind and helpful and brought a beautiful new life to my curls! I highly recommend coming here :)

After my first time visiting Mallory at Crazy Beautiful Hair, I can say I will DEFINITELY be back. It is safe to say I have found my new stylist. She was very patient with my long, thick hair, paid attention to exactly what I wanted, she was very thorough and the end result was absolutely perfect. I have never been happier with the end result of my hair. The atmosphere was very friendly and the colour and cut was even better!

I started going to Crazy/Beautiful when I was looking for a new hairstylist after moving to the city. I used a Groupon and booked an appointment with Mallory. I've been going ever since. Between the friendly pups to the friendly staff, I always feel welcomed and well cared for by Crazy/Beautiful. Since moving to their new home salon space, the passion these two ladies have for hair is clearly palpable. Even though I don't usually (or ever...) venture out of my comfort zone (just a trim please!) I know that I can rely on Crazy/Beautiful. Go for the dogs, stay for the service!

I'm so pleased with my first experience here! My boyfriend got me the Groupon and I added on a colour as well. The price was competitive with oyher salons. The staff were knowledgeable with their color line and they were happy to explain everything to me. Cassie styled my hair beautifully, and the cut was so well done! I will definitely come back for my hair styling needs.

Alena is amazing! I go here every 6 weeks to get my hair coloured and I love the results! Staff are friendly and knowledgeable about products and the best hairstyles to accentuate your face. Charlie and Oxly (the owners dogs) are so cute and make it so much better ♥️. The salon is clean and they have a check-in program that gives you $20 off your haircut after 5 visits. Definitely going to continue getting my hair done here!

I purchased a Groupon on Sunday evening, called and booked in on Thursday with Alena. I loved everything about my service today. I got a haircut and style, and was delighted that a scalp massage and hot towel was included. Before Alena even washed my hair, she did a really thorough consultation to determine what I wanted and needed from my haircut.
The cut, the style, all of it, 10/10. She is new with the salon, and the owner came over and asked her to explain what she had done, had a couple tips of tiny details to improve on, and that was that! I couldn't be any happier, and had a discussion

I came here on a Groupon (cause it's such a great way to test out places) and it was great! I had Mina, who sat down and talked to me about my hair and what I wanted before anybody even touched it. She was very friendly and funny, and it went by quickly. She did a great job giving me the haircut that I wanted, and it looks great! She didn't take too much off my bangs and my hair seems so healthy and has room to curl. I would definitely go back here, even without the discount.
