Yesterday I had a message from this company to arrange delivery of a package. The message wasn't for me. I called to tell them they had the wrong person. The person on the phone said a street name and I said I didn't live there. She said "they called the wrong number. No big deal" (except for the person who isn't getting the message that her package is ready). Had another message from them today. Apparently deleting my phone number from their database is beyond their abilities.
