If I could give them no stars that would be better. We purchased flooring from them at what we were told was a very good sale price. We actually bought more than we needed for a future reno at their advice because they said the price of flooring would go up and assured us that if we didn't use all of it we could bring it back. When we tried to get a refund because we found out a few weeks later that they had ripped us off by $2.00 plus per square foot they refused. We had not picked up any flooring at this point because our reno hadn't started. So we ended up having to take the flooring. They also

After getting an installed estimate I agreed to the price, even though I thought the price of $600 to install was expensive as we have an apartment sized galley kitchen. The installer phoned on Saturday and asked if it was OK to do it the next day. Sunday. I agreed. The installer arrived installed the tiles and left a roughly 1'' gap at the top under the cabinets, all the switches and plug sockets left hanging out of the walls and said that I would have to go to Home depot and get longer screws to reinstall them, he should have them in his kit. He then left without putting the stove

In my opinion Do not buy from these people.
Bought tiles from them and had them installed, except they never showed up the 1st day and very late the next 3 days, install was so bad that tiles are cracked, chipped and uneven. We were told all would be fixed, that was 2 months ago. On our invoice we were over charged for install, when brought to their attention they would only credit 1/2 the amount. We now have to pull up all our tiles and start over, we are out several thousand dollars. They are not very professional, will lie to your face, promise you everything and produce substandard work.

Walking into the store I was met with a pretty good selection of tile. After taking home samples and decided on which tile I wanted, I ended up having them take the order for the tile that over the phone using my credit card. They were very eager to do business with me and returned all my calls until I made the payment. From this point forward things got ugly.
The order was delayed for weeks. I was promised the tile in 1 week, but received it over 6 weeks later after repeated calls and lots of broken promises. Checking through the paper invoice, they had

None of the products have prices marked on them so buyer beware. Do your price checking to ensure that your getting a fair price. I returned tile after finding the exact same product elsewhere for 40% less. The gentlemen in the shop spoke English to me but continued to speak in Indian right in front of me regarding my return. This is rude and simply bad business. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
