I called to ask about an estimate cost for ordering vinyl flooring that I saw in store. The receptionist told me the sales person wasn't around and would call me back. She took my number but no one ever called. I called again on a Saturday and the receptionist stated she didn't have access to the system on the weekend to check the estimated cost. She took my number AGAIN and said someone would call but no one did. I ended up calling and ordering from another company who was able to provide an estimate over the phone immediately.

My wife and myself have had an amazing experience dealing with After Eight Flooring. We walked in with a general ideas for our house. Brian made it a seamless and non stressful experience. Brian is very creative with his suggestion and ideas, not to mention very knowledgable in all flooring areas. Brian was always available by phone and would follow up each email he received with a phone call.
We have dealt with Kirsten in there blind department as well. She as well was very helpful, attentive and knowledgeable with the Hunter Douglas Blinds and all components.

I can’t say enough about how good our experience was while dealing with Ted M and everyone at After 8. Ted was very knowledgeable and quick to respond to any questions we had. When we stopped by to look at additional samples and he couldn’t be there he made sure we were looked after and got exactly what we needed. When it came to the actual installation the crew was excellent. Very professional, friendly, and meticulous. Brian treated us excellent! Great selection of products with very reasonable pricing. The installers for carpet and tile were top notch; they were professional, courteous and performed high quality work.
