Preventive Report

Terry Shortt Electrical Service Ltd. now offers to the Industry a full, comprehensive diagnostic service program, individually designed with your Maintenance Department. We will target identify Name-Plate Data from your panels and motors, and on regularly scheduled inspections, take amperage and voltage readings from each.

We are new to the area and were in need of an electrician to wire the new bathroom. After calling a few places and being told they couldn't get to us till the next month, I was fortunate to reach Terry Shortts. He also told us he was very busy but because it was a short job, he would fit us in if they finished another job early. He came out and gave us a quote and the next day, we got the call that they had a few hours that day. They did a great job and I would certainly recommend them.

I contacted them with an issue and they say the cant get to me theuntil the next day and just show up and bill me an hour and a half after someone elsesovled the problem tge day before
I guess this is how they make their
money

Called him on four separate occasions, the first time I talked to him personally for an insurance inspection. In that conversion he seemed to be less than helpful, but due to insurance deadlines I decided to go with him. Gave him a three return calls to book an appointment, with bitter disappointment I was answered by receptionists that told me "he will call you back".
Four weeks later - PASSED MY DEADLINE - I still haven't received a returned phone call...
There are many other options in the Belleville/Trenton Area, Don't waste your time
