I am extremely disappointed by the services and the product.
The yellow tulips that I had ordered, haven’t even bloomed and it looked like a green plant.
I had mentioned twice on the email as well as on the order instructions to hand over the parcel to my boyfriend and not to leave it at the concierge. Even after mentioning twice, the lady who delivered left it outside and couldn't wait for a minute.
I wouldn’t recommend anyone.

Ordered 2 doz red for same day delivery. They called later and said they had 1 doz, but the 2nd doz was not good quality. Offered to switch colours and I chose 1 doz pink and 1 doz red. Delivered to my hotel as promised, within the delivery window. Beautiful result.
Kudos for recognizing that the 2nd doz roses were not of good quality and suggesting to switch, instead of just leaving me with inferior product.

Please do not trust this SCAMMERS. I purchased a money tree online on June 23rd for $100. They sent me a sick plant with bugs (pictures attached). I called them and they advised I need to purchase sprays from home depot which I already knew it's not going to work. I asked them to treat the plant themselves as they have stronger sprays in store.
After going back and forth they took the plant and after more than a month they brought the plant back worse than the first time (pictures attached). I asked for a refund since they were obviously just trying to get rid of their sick plant and they said

The ladies here do great work. I've ordered online for pickup twice and both times the bouquets were great. I recently dropped in on a late Friday afternoon needing flowers for a special occasion (I'd only just realized that they'd be closed for 3 days over the long weekend). The ladies were very accommodating and I was ultimately very happy with the bouquet and service

I tried this flower shop to make a ivy fall flower arrangement for my wedding ceremony. I went in with little time, budget and not much direction on the look I wanted. They did an amazing job designing and installing a gorgeous full, fresh and bright arrangement. They took care of everything and set it up so the flowers were still getting water and stayed fresh for over a day. I was stunning how gorgeous it came out!!

This was an extremely upsetting experience! I ordered flowers for mothers day 2019. First, the wrong flowers were delivered that was from another company. I called Flower Gallery and they completely blamed the delivery company. The flower shop took my money, so I hold that company accountable for this error! They said they would contact me when they figured out what was going on and they never did. My mother sent me the pictures of what was eventually delivered and I was horrified. The bouquet was supposed to be white and yellow, and what was delivered was completely yellow and horrible looking

Worst customer service ever!
Walked in to buy flowers for my grandma who is in the hospital and when I asked if she could put something together, I was refused!!! Then I asked if could just get a few roses with some green put nicely together, she slams the roses with some leaves in the foil and starts wrapping them up. I again ask if she could put it nicely together. Her reply this is all she can do and that the greens cost extra. I left the flowers and her store then and there. If I did this in my field, I would be without a job in no time.
