In this case Christine Smith and Roxanne are exceptional!!!!
We are first time home buyers and in a pandemic at that. We put in 11 different offers and even though my moral was starting to diminish Christine's did Not.
She is very encouraging and new we would find the right place...and we did. It is almost like this house was made just for us.
If you are looking for someone who listens, takes their time, and treats you like family...Call Christine

Even though it took us 4 years to find a home, it was clear the whole time that Christine Smith was working for us. Her knowledge of the area shows how dedicated she is to her community. There's a reason Christine is one of the top agents. In our experience, she's a family-friendly realtor. She has catered very well to our young family's schedule and even allowed us to see the house twice if the kids are napping so one of us can stay in the car with them. WOW! We used Christine when we found out that we were being relocated for work. Christine was amazing! We had to do our house hunt in a short time since we weren't from the area. In one weekend, she took us to see over 30 homes! She did not complain and worked hard to get us into every house that we wanted to see. She was not pushy and answered all of our questions. My partner and I just bought a condo in Collingwood with the help of Christine. This was a big step for us and one that we had considered in the past. I used Christine to help sell my Sister's home after she had passed. I found Christine to be very helpful, kind, companionate and most definitely the hardest worker I have ever met. Christine was our agent who helped us buy our property in the Grey Highlands. She was tireless in taking us to numerous properties until we found the right one for us.
