We have a 30 days return policy. If you are unhappy with our product please contact us for a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). Return it within 30 days for a replacement or full refund and prepaid return postage. We have a 6-month replacement policy against any manufacturing defects for our new compatible ink or toner cartridges.
