Excellent customer service, and product delivery is quick!
We appreciate that we have had the same company rep for over a decade now and he helps accommodate the needs of our growing business. It isn't just another sale, he really puts in the effort to showcase our options and gives us pertinent info we need to make the necessary decision .

I was very impressed with the results I got today from the Columbia business system team. I called and was expecting that someone will come may be tomorrow or a week after but I was surprised the front desk girl connected me to the technician and VOILA ! in 10 minutes it is fixed.

We are a large wholesale company who relies on our Canon. We had issues with our printer and called Columbia Business to help with the problem. They promptly responded and sent us all of the necessary material to get us up and running again. Cannot say enough how professional, quick, and helpful they were.

We leased our Copiers from Columbia (Canon products) and have been very satisfied with their support. The machines were a definite upgrade over our previous products, and they have been willing to assist with odd problems here and there above and beyond the usual technical support. Definitely recommend CBS.

We had a "photocopier emergency" 2pm on a Friday. I contacted Columbia Business Systems. I requested a tech for Monday. Later that same Friday afternoon, tech was on site working on our issue.
We needed a part. Columbia Business Systems turned it around and we were back up and running early the next week.
Throughout the whole process, I received very fast response times and great service.
Would recommend.

Our office has nothing but great things to say about Columbia Business Systems. They have gone above and beyond to assist us in leasing a new copier for our office. Our previous copier company did not provide us with any support, and now through Columbia Business Systems we have all the support we could ever need!
Bruce has been absolutely fantastic, from helping us return our old copier, to getting us set up with our new Canon, and general support. We've been able to get in contact with Bruce any time we had any questions without any issues.

I am very pleased with the fast and efficient service of Columbia Business Systems where we purchased a laser printer last year. I had a printer software issue after my laptop prompted me to update to a newer version of Windows 10. Danel S. returned my call within minutes after I contacted the office for assistance. Danel followed up with an email which solved the issue. We have purchased printers from Columbia Business Systems before and have always received great service. Highly recommended.
