This lawyer was suggested by my agent for the house closing. Initially the fees charged were 1000 dollars more than what I was given in writing. Upon bringing it to her notice it was brought down by 500 dollars. The main problem I noticed was almost all my queries through emails went unanswered.
To date I have not been explained how the cost calculation was done as there has been a big difference in my calculation and the lawyer's calculation.
If you want to avail the service I suggest you cross check the paperwork with someone knowledgeable (unfortunately I don't know anyone).

One word: INEXPERIENCED! Please try to stay away from this place, you're better off trying it yourself - or find knowledgeable lawyers.
For Closing or Assignment, they will not dispute against the builders for you, will just accept whatever is sent and make you pay for it.
Also, they will quote a rate and upon closing, they will ask you you pay triple the amount that was quoted.
