Medical Building Pharmacy

Crazy doctors work here...I tried asking some question and this nut job was yelling at me over the phone...Never again. I feel like I visited 3rd world country.

My 2 month old son needed a specific medication (dosage and liquid form). I was in panic mode. I had only a few hours to find it and had to call around. I visited 2 places and called several. This was the only pharmacy in Mississauga and Oakville that I called and the pharmacy assistant and pharmacist really listened to me. They were the only ones to look into it in future detail. They had me email the prescription to double check unlike several places that just said they don’t understand the dosage. Thank you!

The people at the pharmacy are really nice! They explained everything for my medication and answered all my questions. The pharmacy itself is a wee bit small compared to your standard Shoppers Drug Mart but as long as they have what I need and they put in a personal caring touch to handing it to me, I'm very satisfied. Stay safe out there people and keep washing those hands!

They were running at peak efficiency. I had been contacted by a specialist, diagnosed, and had my medication... there, in no time. All done the same morning. Call first, they can do this by phone.

Worst experience ever. AVOID THIS CLINIC AT ALL COSTS. The doctors and general staff are not knowledgable and do not seem to care about patients. During COVID they need you to call or send in text messages to make appoinemts but the managers don't respond timely, heard more than a few people come into the building to find out why they waited hours just to make an appointment.
Doctors are very rude, demeaning, and have little patience for the basics (like telling your their names or explaining anything).

Be aware that it is not necessary to register your personal info on their computerized system in order to get your test results. In fact, no results are available online anyway. I am not convinced that entering personal info on the 2 large screened computers that are within sight of people in the waiting area is protecting the privacy of the patient, let alone useful for the patient. The only purpose of this system is to let you know when your test is ready. I am sure the doctor can give the patient an estimate of how long to wait for the test result will be.

It's a busy place and we get it. Front desk people are rude so that's why I'm giving 4 stars. Doctors are good. Never had a complain. When I said front desk people are rude that doesn't cover all of them. There are still some good ones. It also comes down to us as well. Some of us might go there with our own bad attitude. Could you please ad doctors office phone number here as well? We keep calling pharmacy number lol.

Went in with an eye issue. Was met with arrogance and condescending attitude from the doctor. After I raised my voice and chewed out the doctor her attitude changed and became respectful. However, the level of service did not. Assessment was poor. No real solution presented. Will not be returning. My health is too valuable to put in the hands of doctors who most likely practiced medicine on farm animals.

In 12 months I ended up in Emergency about 7 times with extreme abdominal pains. Hospital ran detailed medical tests and each time they came up with nothing.... Until this walk-in clinic sent me to one of their specialists who figured it all out. That was back in 2016. Since then I ONLY go to them as I know they will do what even a hospital neglected to do. They honestly saved my life.
