My culinary career started early watching and being inspired by my mom' s love and respect for the quality and tradition of her Barbadian roots. She loved to cook and share our traditions everywhere we lived; Egypt, Paris, Miami, and Montreal. She had the keen natural ability to fuse the cultures together bringing a unique taste, style, and deliciousness to every meal.
It was a natural progression for me to be drawn into the kitchen and I made my culinary debut after graduating from one of the top culinary schools in Toronto Canada, George Brown College.
