To begin, we first received a quote for kitchen countertops, confirmed in person it was for a full kitchen including install. We later find out that the quote received did not include installation costs. Not a giant deal, but please continue reading.
We then confirmed the stone we wished to purchase as well as the final price with installation, sent over the 50% deposit as they require and provided the address details... only to find out 30 minutes after sending the deposit that the

This is how DKBC treats customers when issues arise. Be careful with them. My friends purchased cabinets, countertops and installation in February 2021. It is now June 2021, DKBC is holding 21,000 of their money and they are left with just poorly installed cabinets that my friends had to pay another kitchen installer -$5,000 to come and fix DKBC's poor installation. My friends are left without kitchen where they can cook or install appliances because DKBC robbed them of money that they paid for quartz countertops and quartz backsplash with this company and never delivered countertops that were
