From the quote to when the shingles were arriving - he was sure to let us know if there were any delays due to weather - and when the team would be around to complete the job (when he… says a time - they are ready to rock at that time!) Bob and his crew did an amazing job on our roof! The crew was polite and skilled. They were clean and tidy! Bob came back after the job was complete to insure everything was to his high standards.. and used a magnet to pick up anything around the house and gardens. We recommended Strong Arm to our neighbour and she booked them for the next… season. Her roof started to leak in the meantime and Bob came out and patched it up for her, free of charge. When it started to leak in another area.. Bob pushed her job up and fit her in on short notice. On top of that he took money off her quote as
