At first pleasant , knowledgeable salesman gave all kinds of good advices. We did purchased the flooring.
When I came to pick it up, suddenly,I was told, if I use my credit card it’s an additional 2%. Using all kinds of tricks to get the sale. Not very honest people , I should say. Very unpleasant

The product has serious issue, some tongue and grove does not match. The distributer is aware of this, he came to the site and admitted this has quality issue, so they send email to the company try to solve it. The company simply said no, as the owner told me, he learnt from the past, he has to be tough to his customer. I repeated asked the owner when he came to my project, is this really HP quality, and should I expect this kind of quality, he kept silent.

I purchased the White Oil Oak European engineered wood about a month ago and I'm extremely happy with my experience with HardWood Planet. Victor and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful from the beginning. They secured the product I wanted which had limited inventory, and were flexible with the return of a few extra boxes I had left over after installation. The product itself is great quality and looks amazing in my condo. Absolutely love my new flooring! I definitely recommend this company.

Uneven surface, uneven stain (stain stripes)
The worst flooring product, I have ever seen in past 15 years.
We bought the product through their Toronto dealer, located at 100 Steelcase Rd E Unit 106.
The product arrived in 2 shipments, we noticed the tongue and grove does not match very well between the 2 shipments. There is about 1mm height difference between 2 boards. So we called the distributer, he came and admitted its quality issue. So they took back the 2nd shipment, and send the 3rd shipment. We took a few pieces out from the 3rd one, and saw

Bought their Hardwood floors over 3 years ago to replace laminate from the builder on my 2nd floor. Everything starting from price to delivery and durability was perfect about Hardwood Planet product. Was sceptical as I never heard of them but I am glad i made the choice to buy from them. We wanted to install flooring in the basement to match the rest of the house; we have Hardwood Planet flooring in the house, so we went for engineered same product for the basement. The advice we received in… the store was great - team is very knowledgeable and patient. It was a painless experience - from selection to finish.
